Returns

  • We accept returns within 20 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Personalised or customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
